Shipping policy

 

Please allow 7-10 business days, not including weekends, holidays, or shipping time for your order to be designed, manufactured, and packaged. Please understand that if you order more than one light box, this processing time may be subject to change.

Your order will then be shipped via the method that you select at checkout and will take an estimated 2-8 business days to arrive to you for shipping within the US. International shipping may take longer depending on the service you selected at checkout. 

If you have chosen the Free Shipping option, your order will ship via standard mail (free bookmark shipping), USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Surepost.

International Friends Outside of the USA:

Please note that any additional international duties/taxes are not included in the shipping costs. Please check with your local authorities to see if those duties would apply to you. We are not responsible for customs, VAT, etc.
